He is adept at navigating challenging bureaucratic red tape by implementing processes that are more efficient and agile in an already frustrating system. Craig is competent in maximizing technological advances by analyzing trends and providing advice and guidance to junior colleagues, students where he collaborates with institutions of higher learning and businesses as a consultant.

As a successful and highly experienced negotiator, conflict resolution arbiter and labor relations consultant, Craig ably combines extensive industry experience with theoretical expertise within the human resource sector. With the recent completion of a course in Mentoring/ Life coaching, together with his repertoire of qualifications in Education, management, and labor relations, he assists potential mentees to create pathways and opportunities for unemployed persons in general and specifically, youth at risk.

Now aiming to deliver similar results in a challenging new role as Managing Director of a newly formed Skills Development and Training company.
