Leon Martin is a specialist in the field of electronics, fire protection installations as well as security and automation services. He progressed in these respective fields to operate at a General Management level with key oversight over operations, project management, general administration, and quality controls.
He holds a NTC4 in Logics qualification from College of Cape Town and has also completed a few in-house courses and holds some industry specific certificates. He is well acquainted with ISO 9001-2015 processes and currently completing a Mentorship course facilitated by German Cooperation and (GIZ) GmbH. He has also applied to study towards achieving a qualification in “Entrepreneurial Thinking”.
He is currently an Executive Director of LFM Management Services (Pty) Ltd which consults to several private companies in the fields of fire protection/detection services, security installations, furniture manufacturing and upholstery, skills development and training at a senior management level. He acts in an Executive advisory capacity to LENTEC Training Academy, a skills and training non-profit company.
